Shipping & Returns

Returns:

COGS CUSTOM DRUMS LLC (“CCD”) does not accept returns, as all orders are custom made,
however, CCD may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept returns for products that arrive in
a condition that departs form the product’s intended design (“Manufacturing Defects”) under the
following terms:

Manufacturing defects will be covered for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by
original customer only.

Manufacturing warranty is non-transferable.

Contact CCD immediately to be provided an RMA number.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipment back to CCD.

Items damaged or non-functioning due to neglect, extreme temperature/humidity, abuse, ANY
MODIFICATION, abnormal strain will not be covered. Customer is responsible for all labor and
shipping if item is found to have any of these issues.

CCD shall bear no responsibility for any electronic defects. Contact electronics manufacture for
any warranty items.

Cosmetic damage to any finishes, wraps, lugs, rims, fasteners is not covered under warranty.
Fastener cross-threading is not covered under warranty.

Wood hoops are not recommended for snare drums and are not covered under warranty.

Finishing – all items are custom made to order, so finishes may be slightly different between
items. We do our best to match each item.

Shipping:

Products shall be shipped via UPS, or other carrier as CCD may choose from time-to-time. Initial
Shipping costs are estimates only. We will do our best to keep costs as low as possible.

Customer is responsible for final shipping costs and will be billed exact shipping rate at time of
final payment. Shipping rates may vary depending on method of shipment, destination, size and
weight of shipment, and/or VAT, taxes, duties, import fees and any other associated fees.

International shipping shall be made available, however, customer is responsible for all tariffs,
duties, taxes and ay other fees imposed by the exporting and/or importing countries.

CCD is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Contact the shipping carrier.
